It is a dry lake bed that is about 8 miles southwest of Silver Springs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To get on the lake bed from HWY 50, turn south on Break A Heart Road. Drive 1.09 miles south on Break A Heart Road, and the gate will be on the east side (left) of the road. The gate is normally locked, but will be unlocked during our launches. Please close the gate behind you after you drive onto the lake bed.\u00a0Follow the path on the edge of the lakebed.
